Resource Reserves
We are the largest producer of bromine in China, producing approximately 20% of all bromine consumed in China, and we also possess one of the few bromine exploration licenses in the country. Strictly enforced government regulations prohibit any non-licensed company or person from producing or distributing bromine.

We maintain a sizeable asset base with 50-year mineral rights and land leases covering property with access to approximately 2 million tons of bromine in non-reserve mineralized materials. Bromine is a non-renewable resource.

Our current installation includes more than 4,000 wells, bringing our bromine production capacity to an estimated 43,300 tons annually. As we continue installing new production equipment, we continue to increase the yield from our reserves.

We produce bromine and crude salt through our subsidiary Shouguang City Hao Yuan Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (SCHC).

In addition to bromine, additional economic reserves from our assets include rock salt (liquid NaCl), potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate, and calcium sulfate.
